🎯 How to ​manage the key and access code. Who oversees the following key/code? Boutique key/access code as provided in the Access to the Boutique section Safe key/code as provided in the Access and key/code of the safe section The Store Manager's office key remains in possession of the Store Manager The cash register key should remain in the possession of the store management The key to the control room (the IT Data Cabinet location) remains in the possession of the store management The store team can keep the stock room display case keys The fur room display case and watch counter keys remain with the store management Keyholders are responsible for their keys. In the interest of security, keys should be numbered to identify the assignee in case of loss. Electronic-key badges should be personalized not bear any company, brand or store identification in case they are lost or stolen never be left anywhere other than with Store Management or the Key Holder. All spare keys shall be labelled and secured in the boutique safe. At closing time, keys for the following shall be secured in the boutique safe: cash register fur rooms displays cases and counters control room
When any keyholder is terminated, leaves the company or changes Stores, the Store Manager must retrieve all keys that were assigned deactivate the personal alarm code make a note of the date they retrieved the keys, deactivated the code to the retail head and updated the boutique key log as per Boutique Key Log The Store Manager shall immediately contact the Facility Manager or open a service request (where a Service Channel is in place) to request the lock be changed.
